You can show the Reading Indicator Bar only on certain pages. You have the possibility to assign progress indicator to just about anything you want, giving you full control.
By selecting the specific assignments you can limit where plugin should or shouldn’t be published. To have it published on all pages, simply do not specify any assignments.
